Podiatrist night with Midwestern University on the third Tuesday of each month - We are thrilled to continue our tradition of injury clinics with the Midwestern University Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine. On the third Tuesday of each month, from 5:30pm-7:00pm, Dr. Janna Kroleski or Dr. Jessica Randolph is available here at the store to answer any questions you may have about the foot pain you are experiencing.
This is a perfect opportunity for any runner or walker to get some free advice regarding whether they can continue their workout regimen or seek out further treatment. Please refer to the Runner's Den Activity Calendar to see the date of the third Tuesday of the month.

Physical Therapy clinic with Endurance Rehab - Pretty cool, right?!? But wait! It gets better! Runner’s Den has also partnered with the awesome physical therapists of Endurance Rehab! Endurance Rehab will be here at the store on the first Wednesday of each month between 5:30pm and 7pm to do free injury evaluations and answer any questions you may have about that lingering ache or pain.
Here's a quick primer from the Endurance Rehab website:
"Our philosophy to physical therapy is to offer a hands-on and functional approach to wellness by combining manual and dynamic stretching, functional strengthening and core stabilization. Using therapy and biomechanical assessments of daily and sport-specific activity allows us to determine the cause of inefficiency and pain."
IMPORTANT- If you want to take advantage of these free injury clinics, please call the store before you come down to verify that everything is on schedule. Occasionally clinics may be delayed or rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts.
