Shipping:

All purchases made on our web site are eligible for free shipping. Items are shipped out at our discretion via either US Mail, UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground. Runner's Den does not ship out of the country. Any return shipping charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. Expedited shipping is available upon request, but the customer is responsible for the difference in cost between regular ground shipping and the expedited costs.

Returns:

All products are eligible for return within 60 days of the date of purchase if they are both in brand new condition and have all of the original packaging. Refunds will be made in the same form that the original payment was made in. Store credit will be issued within 60 days of the date of purchase for all defective or non-salable products with either a valid receipt, or a record of your transaction in our system. For your protection, we encourage you to provide your name/info at check-out. Customer is responsible for any/all shipping charges back to our store. Any loss or damage associated with shipping an item back to us is solely the responsibility of the customer.
