About Rob: Moving to Arizona from Ohio, Rob opened and has owned Runner’s Den since the summer of 1978. Running since 1972 and a veteran of 27 marathons, Rob has managed to avoid any long term injuries. Until recently, he maintained a daily running streak of 31+ years. Then he came to his senses. Rob also has a Chocolate Lab named Sofi who is turning into a great runner as well!
