Customer Rewards Program

For more than 35 years the staff at Runner’s Den has had distinct pleasure of serving you, the best customers in the world! We appreciate each and every one of you. So, as a way of saying thank-you, we have put together a Customer Rewards and Loyalty Program.

Going forward, for every $250 you spend at our store, you will receive a $25 store credit! That credit will never expire, and can be used to purchase anything that we carry. But wait! It get’s even better! Every once in a while, as we are able to, we will be dreaming up special bonuses and perks for our most active and loyal customers. How do free race entries sound! What about free training programs? Sound cool? We thought so!

Enrollment in our Rewards Program is only $25 per year. As part of our initial promotion of the Customer Rewards Program, and as an extra “thank-you,” we are waiving the enrollment fee for everyone that signs up in the next 60 days! That’s right! It’s free!

Here are the details:

  • $25 in Loyalty Credit (LC) will be given out for every $250 you spend in our store.
  • The purchase of a Runner’s Den gift card will not count toward LC accrual, but purchases made with gift cards will.
  • The redemption of LCs do not count toward LC accrual.
  • LCs are not cash.
  • Any merchandise returned will reduce your LC total.
  • Sales tax does not count toward LC accrual. Sales tax does apply to all in state purchases, including LC redemptions. LCs may not be used to pay for sales tax.
  • There will be a $25 fee charged for participation in the Runner’s Den Customer Rewards and Loyalty Program. (**Fee waived for the next 60 days!**) We will need will be your name, phone number and email address. We will never share your information with any other business.
  • LCs accrued from a purchase may be redeemed on any future purchase of $25 or more.
  • Same household families may accumulate LCs together under the same account, but separate accounts, once established, may not combine their purchase histories in order to accrue LCs.
  • There is no expiration date associated with LCs.
